Splicing of ropes is an important part of the Cannings service offering.  All splices are completed by Yale accredited splicers, with meticulous attention to ensure the safety of the finished climbing or rigging line.  

Yale have produced the following video as an insight into the detail that goes into completing a splice.  While this should not be seen as an encouragement for untrained enthusiasts to complete their own splices, it may be of interest to those who work with ropes all day long like us.
