BUCK | Buckingham Friction Saver 4ft - Alloy Rings
OVERVIEW
The large-diameter cross-section used in Buckingham's friction rings significantly reduces friction by minimising the sharp bends in your climbing line, making climbing much easier.
This design not only decreases premature wear on your climbing line but also prevents damage to tree limbs caused by excessive friction. It provides minimal resistance when working from various positions in the tree and can be wrapped around a stem as a false crotch when no natural crotch is available. Additionally, it helps keep slack out of your climbing line, enhancing safety during your ascent.
The large ring's inside diameter has been enlarged to make retrieval easier. Each end of the friction saver is colour-coded for quick identification, which also aids in retrieval.
All Buckingham friction savers are load-rated to 2,270 kg and are intended for human support only. Compare these features to those of competing brands and see why the Buckingham Friction Saver is the preferred choice for professional arborists. The different colours on each end help identify ring size, ensuring the correct removal direction.
